In this workshop, you’ll learn what is workplace sexual harassment and discrimination; what are the legal obligations of your employer when it comes to workplace sexual harassment and discrimination; tips for resolving issues relating to workplace sexual harassment and discrimination and legal avenues available; how to report sexual harassment at work and what might happen after a report is made; and how you can receive free and confidential legal advice and assistance when you have experienced workplace discrimination and/or sexual harassment from WEstjustice.
Westjustice is a community organisation that provides free legal help to people in the Western suburbs of Melbourne.
