• Get photos from your photographer and send them to us, upload photos to this Dropbox folder
• Send your feedback and attendance numbers to us
• Upload the recording of your event (if applicable) and let us know
• Email your attendees 
• Let us know how it went

Advice

Emailing your attendees

In your email to attendees following your event remember to:

• Thank your attendees for coming.
• Include links to helpful resources.
• Include a link to your event recording (if you recorded it).
• Tell attendees about your upcoming events (if you have any).
• Ask for feedback from your attendees (either provide an email address to send feedback to or create an online survey).

Understanding your impact

As an Event Organiser, you will receive a feedback survey from us after Law Week. So, make a note of anything you would like to tell us along the way to include in your response. 

• Fill in our short feedback survey.
• Email us a link to your video recording. We recommend uploading it to YouTube.
• Share your photos with us by adding them to this Dropbox folder.
  • Remember you need to have consent for us to share if your media has people who could be identifiable.
• Tag us in your post-event social media activity using #VicLawWeek2024
