Victoria is in the midst of a housing crisis, with rental affordability hitting record lows and rental properties becoming increasingly in demand. Tune into this session to learn about how rental disputes are resolved, how the rental caseload is being managed by VCAT, and understand the environmental factors impacting the rental markets. An expert panel including Raf Epstein of ABC Radio Melbourne speaks with representatives from the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Real Estate Institute of Victoria and Tenants Victoria, as well as legal expert David Whiting, will discuss all these factors impacting the rental market and what we can do to improve it.
