Five years on from the pandemic, this event will explore the impact of COVID-19 on Victoria’s legal and court systems. From the dramatic shift in court operations to the way in which our statutory and legal systems responded to vulnerable cohorts, this in-depth panel discussion will explore findings from major CIJ research projects.

It will shed light on what is now working well, what continues to have a negative impact, and how we plan for future crises so that the people who most need support are not an afterthought but front of mind.
