Access to justice tour of ART for people with disability

Villamanta Disability Rights Legal Service invites people with lived experience of disability to join us for a morning at the Melbourne Registry of the Administrative Review Tribunal. 

You will hear from President of the ART, Justice Emilios Kyrou, tour the ART, and learn about the ART process. 

As appeals of NDIS decisions are heard by the ART, this event is an excellent opportunity to find out what to expect if you need to attend a case conference or hearing to appeal an NDIS decision in the future.  

 There will be an opportunity to ask questions of the ART President and Registry staff, so please come prepared with anything you would like to ask!
