Villamanta Disability Rights Legal Service invites people with lived experience of disability to join us for a morning at the human rights division of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).

A VCAT Member who conducts guardianship and administration hearings will show us through the hearing rooms, explain how the Tribunal operates, and discuss how guardianship and administration matters are decided.

This event is an excellent opportunity to learn more about how these cases are dealt with at VCAT and what to expect if you are attending a hearing at VCAT.

There will be an opportunity to ask the VCAT Members questions, so please come prepared with anything you would like to ask!

Please let us know if you have any questions or accessibility requirements.
