From fine to fair: Know your legal rights

Horsham Neighbourhood House invites you to a practical and informative session presented by Ballarat and Grampians Community Legal Service, aimed at helping our community better understand fines, infringements, and how to deal with them.

We’ll break down the life cycle of a fine, explain your options for seeking relief, and show you how to dispute a fine through internal and external review mechanisms. Learn about extensions, payment plans, and what to do if your fine ends up in court.

After the presentation, we’ll open up the floor for a Q&A so you can get your questions answered. Plus, Junyi Wang (Joey) will be available before and after the session to chat more informally over afternoon tea.
